This 2,200 sq.ft. home provides all the amenities and comforts of a city home within the quiet, tree-filled community of Blair's Grove.

When you're not enjoying the sun, sand and clean waters of the lake, you can relax or even take a nap in the shade of mature trees either in the yard or on the upper-level patio.

A family room on the lower level of the house provides space for playing board games/cards, watching a movie on the flat-screen TV/blu-ray player, or, on cooler evenings, enjoying the ambience in front of a gas fireplace.

This spacious, well-appointed home provides tastefully furnished surroundings. Three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 people in comfort. The dining room is separated from the fully-equipped kitchen.
